Mike Eiden, CEO
Michael Eiden has been with Eiden Systems Corporation since 1984 and has fulfilled many roles including executive management, controller, project manager, ERP consultant, business development, human resources manager and bookkeeper. After graduation from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce, Michael took a job at the family business that Henry Eiden started in 1981. Michael took over leadership of the business in 2001 and maintained daily operational control until 2018. He now splits time between the Charlottesville headquarters location and his home on the beach in Florida.
Guy Webster, Controller
Guy has over twenty years experience as a Controller. He has helped guide ESC through many changing economic challenges of expansion and contraction that have arisen over time. He is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He enjoys the family friendly corporate culture and camaraderie at ESC, anything outdoors, working on projects with his wife Linda and helping with church related activities. They both enjoy spending time with their two sons as well as playing with their four grandchildren.
Leslie Eiden, HR Manager/FSO
Leslie Eiden is a wealth of knowledge that has been with ESC for over 22 years. She began working as a recruiter and office manager leading her to be trained in Facility Security as well as being certified in Human Resource Management. Leslie is originally from the state of Michigan, she is a mother of one and a very proud grandma of three beautiful little girls. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking.
Carrie Emerson, Talent Acquisition Specialist
Carrie Emerson joined the ESC team in 2015. Over the past six years, she has honed her skills in recruiting the top Information Technology and Mission Support talent! Carrie truly has a knack for creating relationships and helping candidates get matched with their dream. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding, golfing, camping, and being near the water.
