Mike Eiden, CEO
Michael Eiden has been with Eiden Systems Consulting since 1984 and has fulfilled many roles including executive management, controller, project manager, ERP consultant, business development, human resources manager and bookkeeper. After graduation from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce, Michael took a job at the family business that Henry Eiden started in 1981. Michael took over leadership of the business in 2001 and maintained daily operational control until 2018. He now splits time between the Charlottesville headquarters location and his home on the beach in Florida.
Mike Green, Director of Operations
Michael Green brings over 40 years of leadership in Information Technology (IT) across the DoD, Intelligence Community, DHA, and federal healthcare sectors. A retired U.S. Navy CIO and Healthcare Administrator, he later held executive roles including COO and Vice President at several government contracting firms. Mike holds an MBA from New Hampshire College and a BS in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University, along with executive training from Case Western Reserve University.
Mike has been married to his wife, for over 42 years. Together, they have four sons and four grandchildren. In his free time, Mike enjoys boating, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Guy Webster, Controller
Guy Webster brings over 25 years of experience as a Controller, playing a key role in guiding ESC through various phases of growth and change. A graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, Guy is deeply committed to ESC’s family-friendly culture and collaborative environment.
Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, tackling projects with his wife, and supporting church activities. Together, they cherish time with their two sons and six grandchildren.
Leslie Eiden, HR Manager/FSO
Leslie Eiden has been an integral part of Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) since September 1999. She began her journey with the company as a recruiter and office manager, roles that laid the foundation for her expertise in Facility Security and Human Resource Management. Over the years, Leslie has earned certification in HR Management and has become a trusted resource across multiple areas of the organization.
Originally from Michigan, Leslie is a proud mother and grandmother to three wonderful granddaughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and sharing her love of cooking.
Carrie Emerson, Talent Acquisition Specialist
Carrie Emerson has been a key member of the ESC team since 2015, specializing in recruiting top talent in Information Technology and Mission Support. With a strong ability to connect with candidates, Carrie excels at building relationships and aligning individuals with roles that fit their goals and passions.
Outside of work, she enjoys biking, golfing, camping, and spending time near the water.
